Avoiding some of the extremes we’ve seen over the last few years the Venture ML is neither “short and fat” nor “long and skinny”….. taking a “the best of both worlds” approach we’ve created a balanced volume distribution, medium width and proportional length delivering a range with Mid-length glide, outstanding take off abilities but ride friendly stability and ease of use.
Built with our signature full carbon construction the Venture ML has been designed with our centred geometry concept allowing you to ride the board flat in sub-foiling conditions (a key attribute for early starting) and reducing the feeling of length as soon as you’re on foil.
The Venture ML features a proportionally scaled width to length ratio meaning the larger boards are better suited to heavier riders or riders with less experience whilst the smaller versions a true high-performance ride and glide machines.
A perfect set up for riders seeking to carve, glide or simply rip around, the Venture ML is also Foil Drive tested and approved with near optimal signal transmission.

NOSE PROTECTION PAD – supplied as standard with all our boards the NPP saves your board from damage when mounting the foil
GORE-TEX VENT – working automatically this vent balances the pressure inside the board in extreme cold or heat reducing the possibility of delamination – DO NOT TOUCH this vent! As an added benefit the vent allows the wireless signal from foil assists to escape the board giving near perfect connectivity
xSURF PRO STRAP – a minimalist design prioritizing both comfort and adjustability, perfect for 1, 2 or 3 straps set ups. The neoprene padding is ideal for riding bare foot whilst the dual adjustability of Velcro and fixing positions means even the largest feet will fit in in winter boots
ONE PIECE DECK PAD – covering the entire riding area our pad features a thermos-formed top surface with CNC cut diamond grooves for the ultimate in comfort and grip in all temperatures and in both salt and fresh water. The discreet markings allow strapless riders to accurately locate their feet whilst riding
xSURF TANGLE FREE LEASH – a foil specific design engineered to reduce leg tangles and be as un-obtrusive as possible whilst riding. The 7mm diameter ensures you won’t lose your board no matter the conditions. Available with Ankle, Calf or Waist cuffs
Hull and Rail shaping – The Nose of the Venture ML features a subtle double concave better releasing the water at sub-foiling speeds and ensuring great resistance to stalling during un-wanted touch downs.
The double concave washes out around 1/3rd of the way into the board and blends perfectly into the flat base ideal for generating speed achieving flight
The Venture ML feathers a proportional outline meaning the ratio of width to length increases as the volume increases.The smaller boards are higher aspect ratio and the bigger boards a lower aspect ratio. Width is one of the most critical dimensions for standing and balancing on the board before foiling but also responsible for a lot of sub-foiling drag. Optimizing the width per length provides early starting boards with the stability you would expect for the size.
A blended rocker that allows insane sub-foiling glide and easy water release. The nose scoop is optimized to resist grabbing in unwanted touch downs whilst the subtle tail kick allows you to force the board up out of the water for faster foiling
DUAL ENTRY, XL TRACKS – this dual entry allows the use of our Paired Nuts without compromising foil placement options. The XL length (42cm) ensures the perfect placement for any brand or type of foil. The unique construction of our tracks allows for longer tracks without creating a flat spot in the rocker
CARRY HANDLE – strategically placed to be balanced for carrying, the recessed handle makes entry and exit from the water a breeze
All boards are equipped with M8Paired Track Nuts and 4 x M8 x 25 screws
The TAIL shape of the Venture ML features a clean water release free of gadgets and gimmicks that only disrupt the water flow. We believe the purpose of the tail is simply to allow the water to depart the board with minimal drag and have designed it to enhance this leaving the graphic designers to design the graphics not the board shape 😉
An exquisitely blended progression the Venture ML features tucked and rounded rails in the nose seamlessly transitioning into a defined bevel as we progress towards the tail.
The rounded nose rails avoid grabbing both on take-off and touching downs whilst the rear bevels and hard edges allow a clean water release at near planning speeds and prevent unwanted rail grabs when wave riding or aggressively turning.

BEVELLED AND SHARP in the tail. Clean water release on take off and less chance of catching during turns
The classical ROUNDED NOSE is safer than a more pointed version in the event of crashing onto the board and offers both a longer waterline length (great for achieving take off speed) and less chance of catching during touch downs than a squared off version. Added volume helps the board to glide better at sub-foiling speeds and aids in volume distribution for stability.
The Venture ML features M6 inserts as standard in snowboards and kiteboards allowing for safe and secure strap fastening and multiple mounting and dismounting’s without worrying about wear.
Stance options are available for a single front strap, double front straps, twin strap centre line or 3 strap set ups – you can even mount a single offset front strap if you desire.
With 3 positions to choose from you can set your Venture ML however you like to ride
Note straps are optional as not everyone likes to ride with straps
We don’t advise dragging your board but in the event of undesirable the ends of the board are protected against abrasion damage
